11th Annual Lazy River Float-A-Thon

A day of fun in the sun at Dollywood’s Splash Country takes on a whole new meaning with our 11th Annual Lazy River Float-A-Thon on Saturday, May 25, beginning at 10 a.m.
"The Float-A-Thon at Dollywood's Splash Country has become one of our biggest fundraisers of the year", said RMH Executive Director Sue Beverly. "We are so grateful for the opportunity to partner with such a stellar organization and look forward to working with their caring staff again this year. Where else can you have such 'fun in the sun' and benefit families in need all in the same day? We hope to see YOU there!"
Proceeds from the Lazy River Float-A-Thon will help defray operating expenses associated with supporting thousands of people each year. The fund-raiser is co-sponsored by Dollywood’s Splash Country, Star 102.1, HOT 104.5, and Q 93 radio stations.
2013 RMH Charity Golf Tournament

The 2013 Ronald McDonald House Charity Golf Tournament will be held Friday, June 7, at Egwani Farms Golf Course.
This year’s tournament will consist of two-person teams; each team will play one round in either the AM or PM timeframe. Each player will hit their tee shot and choose the best of the two. From that point each golfer will play his/her own ball for the remainder of the hole. Each player’s score on each hole will be counted (to help speed up play, a “triple bogey” is the maximum score for each golfer on each hole). The teams will be divided into three flights after each round and prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place in each flight based on total score.
Contests will be held throughout the Tournament and winners will be award great prizes. The first three places from each flight will be awarded a tournament prize. And, all golfers will receive a special gift!

On July 1, 2013, RMHC and its local Chapters once again invite you to join us for the RMHC Day of Change - to stop into any Knoxville area or local participating McDonald's restaurant and drop your small change into an RMHC Donation Box. Help us make a big impact on the seven million children and families served by RMHC each year.
Spread the word, tell your friends and family, and get a group together to celebrate the Day of Change at your local McDonald's. Coin by coin, dollar by dollar, your change will add up to make big change when dropped into an RMHC Donation Box on July 1.
